Gender pay gap: a review of a research report by ADP Canada

Gender pay gap

That moment when you realize how much more your male colleague earns.

Who would have thought that after well over a hundred years of being a vital part of the workforce, there is still a huge gender pay gap between men and women in Canada?

I would not have believed it myself if I had not come across a research report on the issue by ADP Canada while looking for a  topic for my Research class assignment.

According to the study, women still earn an average of 24 per cent less than their male counterparts, for the same job. This gender pay gap was found to cut across all provinces in Canada where the research was conducted.

You can view the summary of the report I created here or just keep reading below.
